The Role

The Lead Consultant is a commercially savvy adviser who is responsible for delivering long-term, sustainable growth built on valued, trusted relationships both internally and externally.

This role will see you address client business problems in the banking domain through analytical solutions and oversee the delivery of key projects.

Success will see you partnering with clients to start or continue and strengthen our commercial relationship.


  • Approximately 7+ years Managment Consulting experience, with 5+ years of client facing experience at the senior level
  • Strong Financial Services industry knowledge, ideally with a background in retail banking consulting, advisory or client side experience  
  • Degree qualified; postgraduate qualifications highly valued
  • Experience in project management and leadership, including effective delegation and management of multiskilled teams. Desirable: Experience having led analytical teams (even if you have not completed the analytical work)
  • Ability to proactively identify, understand and translate strategic business needs for new and existing clients to build lasting partnerships
