We then help with understanding the impact of media on actual in-store sales beyond traditional metrics such as clicks and engagement.


Role Summary

Join our motivated and friendly Media Sales team as a Senior Consultant and help us shape the data industry within media. We thrive within Quantium’s unique, fast-paced environment and we also know how to enjoy and celebrate our successes. This role will be based in Quantium's head office in Sydney CBD and be responsible for driving revenue growth targets to support Quantium’s broader growth strategy. You will be enabling advertisers to connect to their target audiences across their most loved channels with a unique and powerful data offering.


Key Responsibilities


  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients in a trusted advisor capacity
  • Develop account plans, manage pipeline and close new data deals
  • Represent the value of Quantium as a leader in data and insights, effectively educating stakeholders on our unique media proposition
  • Develop proposals, proactively source and respond to campaign briefs and manage end-to-end campaign execution
  • Recommend actions to improve performance of campaign activity with supporting insights provided by Quantium analytics
  • Proactively contribute to the Quantium community with a focus on collaboration, process improvement and knowledge sharing


About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales, account management or client facing role within a Digital Media, Ad Tech, Data Analytics, Loyalty or SaaS company
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set with an analytical and strategic approach to sales, focused on building long lasting relationships with clients
  • Passionate about helping our clients provide relevant, timely, engaging, and personalised messaging using our unique data and media partnerships
