The opportunity  

An exciting opportunity for a Candidate Experience Coordinator to join our fast paced and high performing recruitment team.

The Candidate Experience Coordinator is a coalface role delivering an outstanding experience to candidates interviewing with Quantium. This person is responsible for dealing directly with candidates to schedule and setup interviews and to facilitate rapid progression through the interview process.  This person is also responsible for running and maintaining job ads and supporting brand awareness campaigns.  Finally, this person is responsible for data analysis and reporting for the talent acquisition function including administration associated with ISO compliance.

This is a great role for someone who loves administration and process, and is now looking to leverage their exceptional coordination background to provide a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of candidate experience through the interview process in a manner that generates high candidate satisfaction and high recruitment team satisfaction
  • Running and maintaining job ad’s that are effective and relevant
  • Manage the LinkedIn recruiter homepage
  • Produce regular and ad hoc reports required by the recruitment team, including but not limited to the weekly Executive report
  • Provide administrative support for compliance
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Recruitment team in Australia

What does success look like?

  • All interview requests actioned within 24 hours from request being sent by recruiters
  • Candidates moving through the interview process at minimum one interview per week
  • Candidates delighted by the Quantium interview experience
  • Stakeholders (internal and external) are highly satisfied with logistical scheduling support of interviews
  • Regular and ad hoc reports being produced with 100% accuracy on a timely basis
  • Head of Talent Acquisition is relying on you for regular reports
  • Candidate feedback survey being performed with 100% accuracy and delivering insights
  • Job Advertisements represent the Quantium Brand and support the attraction of top talent
  • Job ads on the Quantium website are relevant and links working 100% of the time

  • 4+ years working in a similar administration role that includes reporting
  • High attention to detail
  • Advanced MS skills including advanced excel
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment
  • Great people and communication skills
