The Role

The Lead Recruitment Business Partner has accountability for the successful delivery of filling all approved and forecasted roles for one of Quantium’s specific business units. The focus of this role will be owning recruitment for Analytics and Consulting roles, including Analytics / Consulting hybrids.

This person will partner with senior business stakeholders (up to Group Executive level) to develop a deep understanding of business operations and recruitment needs which they will combine with their expert market knowledge to provide relevant talent insights and recommendations. You will work closely with stakeholders to proactively manage forecasted needs and prioritise effectively for great commercial outcomes. There is a strong emphasis on clear communication and best practice stakeholder management to achieve this. You will build, manage and motivate a small team of engaged and capable recruitment professionals to deliver high quality recruitment outcomes.

This role is also responsible for leading projects and initiatives that improve the overall Talent Acquisition function.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Key point of contact for the Group Executive of the specific business unit for recruitment
  • Successfully fill all Executive and below roles for specific Business Unit(s) / Industry Verticals with high quality candidates, ensuring all roles are budgeted and have necessary approvals
  • KPIs are aligned to company and team objectives. Will include; target hire per quarter / year, candidate feedback, time-to-fill, mis-hire rate, offer conversion rate and withdrawal after round 3 rate
  • Act as the Lead Recruitment Business Partner for specific Business Unit(s)/Industry verticals, building and maintaining effective working relationships with Executives and ensuring recruitment needs and value-adding insights are delivered
  • Lead key projects/initiatives that are scalable and effective in attracting, engaging and recruiting high quality talent
  • Support the Global Head of Talent Acquisition to develop the overall recruitment strategy
  • Support the Executive Manager, Recruitment to develop sourcing strategies across our key talent pools and geographies
  • Continuously use knowledge and experience to improve strategies, systems and processes to ensure hiring effectiveness and efficiency
  • Contribute to team knowledge share and learning

 

Experience and education required

  • 8+ years recruitment experience, ideally in a Professional Services / Technology environment, with a focus sourcing top talent from brand name companies
  • Advanced user of LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience developing and evolving recruitment strategies to achieve targets
  • Experience advising and influencing senior executive stakeholders, delivering against big, moving targets
  • Experience coaching and mentoring team members in a dynamic, complex, matrixed environment.
  • Experience managing agency providers
  • Sharp eye for detail and for identifying issues. Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative style and structured communicator (both written and verbal)
